How much does Vision360 Enterprise Cost?
The price for Vision360 Enterprise is based on how many invoices you process each month. You simply pay a monthly service fee based on the number of actual invoices that get processed.
iS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF INVOICES REQUIRED?
There is no minimum or maximum to the number of invoices that can be processed utilizing the Vision360 Enterprise system. There may be a monthly minimum amount to support your business process requirements.
how can I get pricing for our AP automation project?
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE?
No. Since Vision360 Enterprise is SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) or better know as a "Cloud" system there is no need to purchase any hardware or software to implement our accounts payable automation system.
WHAT DO WE DO TO GET STARTED?
Once we've agreed, the next step is called "Discovery". This is where our professional services team comes onsite to your facility and performs an analysis of your current AP processes and make recommendations for process improvement. The Discovery step is where we blueprint the process.
HOw much "IT" IS NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT THE SYSTEM?
The Vision360 Enterprise system is setup, configured and managed by our project management team. Where we may need your technical teams assistance is in the integration step between Vision360 Enterprise and the ERP system. Our team is responsible for 95% of the system setup which means very little technical resources may be needed from your side.
HOW IS SYSTEM TRAINING PROVIDED?
The training process is based on what you need and where users are physically located. The training process includes onsite, conference and web training, There are a number of training materials provided and if necessary training video's may be made available.
HOW WILL USERS ACCESS THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AUTOMATION SYSTEM?
With proper security and credentials users can access the Vision360 AP automation system from any PC or tablet that has an internet connection.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF APPROVERS THAT CAN BE ON THE VISION360 SYSTEM?
No. There are no limitations to the number of users, approvers or invoices that can be on the system at the same time or any time. Since the Vision360 system does not require user licenses there are no limitations.
CAN THE SYSTEM PROCESS INTERNATIONAL INVOICES?
Yes, the Vision360 Enterprise system is capable of processing international invoices supporting multi-currencies and taxes including VAT, PST, GST, HST as well as US taxes.
HOw DO WE RECEIVE SYSTEM UPGRADES?
Upgrades are included at no additional costs. Upgrades are performed on an as needed bases during off hours. All customers are informed in advance of any system upgrades.
HOW DO WE LOOK UP INVOICES FOR RESEARCH, INQUIRIES AND AUDITS?
The Vision360 Enterprise system also acts as a document repository. This puts your invoices at your fingertips in a moments notice. Authorized users simply click on the search function and can research to access and view invoices any number of ways. This eliminates the need to maintain stacks of paper, file cabinets and offsite archival storage.
HOW IS SECURITY OF OUR RECORDS MAINTAINED?
The Vision360 Enterprise system complies with all major security requirements to the extent that we are required. In addition there are comprehensive histories and audit logs that record all user activity. Our security team will work with you regarding any specific security requirements that you may have.
HOW DO I TRACK AND MANAGE MY AP PROCESSING COSTS?
In order to track and manage your AP processing costs a detailed and itemized invoice is provided to our clients on a monthly basis showing the number of invoices processed during that time period.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRY THE SYSTEM FIRST?
Will WE STILL NEED TO PRINT INVOICES THAT WE GET VIA EMAIL?
No. With Vision360 Enterprise you will never have to print another emailed invoice ever again! Invoices that are received via email are electronically added to the system. This is a huge time saver for AP departments and a significant improvement to the AP process overall.

HOW LONG DOES VISION360 TAKE TO SETUP?
This is always a tricky question to answer without knowing any specific details or requirements. However, there are a number of factors when estimating how long it may take to go from setup, to going live. This includes the number of invoices for processing, any specific process rules, whether 2-way or 3-way matching is required, the size of the organization and more. Yes, each year we undergo an annual SOC II audit and the audit report is available for review.
